No, furnishing isn’t required. We collaborate with trusted furniture suppliers and can fully furnish your apartment starting from €250 per month. This helps your property attract more guests right away.

We only assist where a property is available for two weeks or more. This allows us to provide consistent quality and maximize your rental income. Moreover, a longer availability helps our team plan marketing, maintenance, and cleaning schedules more efficiently.

Ideally, we need four sets of keys. Two are used by our team for guest check-ins and cleaning coordination, while the others are kept as backups for emergencies or maintenance visits. Having enough copies ensures smooth operations and helps us react quickly if a guest loses a key.
We’ll arrange a convenient time to collect the keys directly from you. Alternatively, if you’re abroad, you can leave them with a neighbour, in a lockbox, or send them by courier.
